Returned Payments
If an ACH payment is not honored by the issuing bank for any reason, you are responsible for the full payment amount plus a $25 service charge.

1. Purpose of Services
Our services are designed to help individuals and businesses build, design, and enhance their digital presence.
2. Purchases & Payments
- All billing information must be accurate.
- You must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized transactions.
- Full payment is required before work begins.
Billing Terms Clarification:
- One-Time Services: Charged once, no recurring billing.
- Billing type is clearly shown at checkout before payment.
3. Service Delivery & Timelines
All services are delivered digitally after payment and required inputs are received.

- Delays may occur due to incomplete client inputs, revision requests, or third-party platform approvals.
4. Revisions
Revisions may extend delivery timelines. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.
5. Refund Policy (Revised)
We offer a 30-day limited money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- Non-delivery of service
- Major defects not resolved within 72 hours
- Service significantly different from description
Not Eligible
- Change of mind
- Client delays or incomplete input
- Subjective dissatisfaction
- Completed services within agreed scope
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- It may take up to 30 business days to reflect depending on the bank/payment provider
7. Refund Review & Dispute Process
All refund requests follow a standard process:
- Request submitted via email
- Internal review (scope, delivery, communication)
- Attempt resolution (revision/fix)
- Final decision based on policy
Chargebacks without contacting support may result in service suspension.
8. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel:

- Monthly services cancel at end of billing cycle
- No cancellation fees
- Work completed is non-refundable
9. Intellectual Property
All materials remain company property until full payment is received.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools such as:
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta)
- SEO tools
- Hosting & analytics services
We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Total liability is limited to $1,000. We are not liable for indirect damages.
12. Prohibited Use
Misuse of services or violation of laws may result in termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
